  Overall the knives are what you'd expect at the price point except I feel like you get a little less as the stand isn't the best on these knives.The set itself held up almost really well except a rust spot or two on the stake knives. I always hand wash my knife sets but in this case I machine washed these a few times so the rust could be more so my fault as I've let them dry in the dishwasher which isn't the best.Overall though good knives at a decent price point.

  For YEARS, I have used one of those knife sets that uses a humongous wooden knife block. It just takes up too much room in my kitchen that serves a family of seven.This set is different. It stands fully vertical and rotates around its base. The knife holders will also pivot in and out of upright to sort of "butterfly" open to make knife selection easier.Overall, it is a good set and a win on most fronts. You not want to machine wash these, though, as one knife is showing rust spots. I cleaned and oiled that knife and it hasn't returned. I took one star for quality as I would like a heavier handle and for the rusting after 1 machine washing.
